I believe being nice goes a long way and I am trying to be patient. I've been on hold for an hour and 12min & still going.

I ordered a laptop through Walmart.com. I was surprised when it arrived it was a 3rd party but had faith that since through Walmart it was a reputable company. My 16 yr old son open his gift Christmas morning. He was so excited used it one day the next day turned it on it doesn't work.

He no longer wants a computer at all because he fears it will happen again. The laptop turns on but the screen is so dim you can't see a thing. I tried to adjust the brightness to the highest setting and it doesn't improve the screen at all.

I would like a refund and Walmart informed me I have to contact Joysystems because you have the 90day warranty. Please help!!
