Purchased a Dell Latitude in Jan 2016 with an extended Warranty through Best Buy. Had some issues and tried calling Joy Systems.

Very bad phone response time. Finally emailed the company, and had better luck. Two computers later and quite a bit of frustration, the computer I finally received works but still with some minor annoyances (which I am willing to live with). I'm afraid to return it to them again.

Hopefully service through Geek Squad is better.

I would consider buying another computer through them with the caveat that you need to be really patient and work through email and not call. Also, purchase an extended warranty.
